So this past month has involved quite a bit of crying. I didn't remember or write down every little thing that made me cry so I'm missing a few things, but here's some of them.
1. High School Musical 3
There was a High School Musical sing-a-long on TV like a month ago and we watched it. Because what's better than reliving those movies and singing along to them. And also watching baby Zac Efron sing and dance haha. But High School Musical 3 really got to me and Sydney, and we bawled like babies when Gabriella left, and then when Troy got her back, and then when they all graduated, and then at the very end. Basically we just cried a lot during the whole movie and Brian even Snapchatted it for us.
2. A sad dog video
When Trisha showed me a video about a dog who didn't want to leave his house after his owner died. He lived under the house for 1 year until he was rescued and they're basically looking for a loving home for him now. The puppy's loyalty to his owner OMG. It was SO SAD.
3. When I had to get a shot
I am seriously frightened of getting shots, and I hate it. I should have included it on my last post about things that scare me, but I didn't. I don't know why, it really does belong on there. Anyways, when I came back home from San Francisco, I got the worst breakout I've ever had in my life. It was horrible and made me feel so gross and disgusting. I made an emergency appointment with my dermatologist to get cortisone shots to bring down the inflammation because it was so bad. There was one particular shot that was really painful and I definitely teared up. At least I had Sydney, and Brian, and Trisha for moral support haha.
4. The dance to Ka Ipo Lei Manu at Sydney's Hula Show
The song was written by a Hawaiian queen about her sick husband who was sent to San Francisco to heal, but died before she could see him again. It's so sad and beautiful, and the hula dancer did an amazing job. Trisha and I got emotional and teary-eyed, but the place was dark so nobody could tell. And we didn't have tissues with us!
5. When Brian broke my hand
Okay, so he didn't really break my hand but he did bruise my bone! He dropped a pot lid on my hand and it hit exactly on the bone. I honestly though he broke my hand because I couldn't move my hand or thumb for the longest time, and all my veins in my hand were seriously popping out from the shock of impact. It left a nasty bruise and the bump is still kinda there. Thanks Brian :)
6. Brian's childhood drawing:"Is The Bacon Done Yet?"
OMG we found this drawing that Brian 2Chenz made when he was younger, and WE COULD NOT STOP LAUGHING. This is what the drawing basically says:
Butterfly 1: "Is the bacon done yet?"
Butterfly 2: "No! If your that hungry, make your own food!"
Baby Giraffe: "He Mom, you are ugly + selfish!"
The giraffe mom was never finished and doesn't say anything back. But then again, what do you say back to that?? We forgive you for your spelling mistakes though Brian, because this was just TOO FUNNY.
7. My Soup Was TOO HOT
I was eating Pho and for some reason the broth was extra extra hot that day. I burned my tongue and couldn't eat it because it was so hot. Like literally, I was tearing up when I took my first few bites because I wasn't expecting the soup to be that hot! But eventually I just ate it haha. And it was delicious.
8. Guardians of the Galaxy
I already talked about how much I loved this movie (LINK HERE). But, don't read this bullet if you don't want to know what happens in the movie! Or at least the parts that made me cry. There were 2 really big parts that made me sad enough to cry. The first one is when we meet Peter's mom and she dies in the beginning, which causes him to run away. The second is when Groot dies near the end because he sacrificed himself to save everyone else. I LOVE YOU GROOT. Oh, and I also got some happy tears when little mini Groot showed up again in Rocket's little pot because I was soo happy he wasn't really dead!
9. When we played Mario Party and Sydney thought she won a star
So we've been playing a lot of Mario Party lately, and I AM THE QUEEN OF MARIO PARTY. Sydney gets really mad because I am so good and she isn't #sorrynotsorry. Anyways, at the end of the game, they give out bonus stars for certain things like who won the most mini-games. For some reason, when they were giving out of the stars, Sydney thought she won it so she started screaming and jumping. Turns out she didn't win, but the computer and I tied for it. They put the star over her character's head because she was standing between me and the computer. HAHAHA. Her reaction when she realized she didn't win was also really funny.
10. High School Musical Dog
I honestly don't think any words are needed for this. This was the funniest thing ever HAHAHA. I still laugh every time I look at this or even think about this. Also, I want that dog! Or any dog!! PLEASE I WANT A PUPPY.
11. Trisha's Driving Skills
Trisha is a very scary driver. Very scary. First time that she drove me, she got pulled over by a cop haha. She also has really bad road rage. It was really funny this time though because she got really mad when some car cut her off or something, and she was like, "DID YOU SEE THAT?!?!" in a really really high voice. Yes, Trisha we did see that.
12. Sydney and the thong
Sydney decided to call Trisha and ask her about thongs. It was a very awkward conversation for Trisha. But whatever Trisha said must have made Sydney like thongs because then Sydney said she would dance hula at Trisha's wedding while wearing a thong. LOL.
13. Thunder and Lightning
Another thing Sydney did was name her boobs. She said she decided to name them Thunder and Lightning because when people see them they get shocked. We were cryingggg when she told us this. And then she told her dad, and he blamed us for corrupting her. HAHA sorry Uncle Tony but Sydney definitely does not need us to corrupt her. She corrupts us!
14. Need for Speed
I love this movie. It's one of my new favorites. But the part when Dino cheated in the race and Pete dies after his car flips over the bridge and catches on fire OMG. Pete was so adorable and it was so sad the way he died. He literally was so happy racing a minute before. Toby's face after it happened just killed me. KILLED ME. And then I cried again when Toby won the De Leon in the end, and Pete's vision finally came true. He did it for Pete! WOOHOO.
15. "Genie, you're free."
My heart broke when I heard that Robin Williams passed away. Rest in peace, Robin Williams. I grew up on your movies and will always love you. You're absolutely amazing, and now, you're free.
